Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves effective communication, issue resolution, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
  • Meet service quality and response time standards

Requirements

  • Graduate / 12th pass (depending on role requirements)
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support (freshers can apply)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
  • Ability to work in shifts, if required
