Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves effective communication, issue resolution, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
- Meet service quality and response time standards
Requirements
- Graduate / 12th pass (depending on role requirements)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support (freshers can apply)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
- Ability to work in shifts, if required
