Customer Support Executive

As a Support Executive, you are the first line of defense and the primary point of contact for our community. Your goal is to ensure that every user of the Our app feels heard, supported, and satisfied. You won’t just be answering phones; you’ll be solving puzzles and ensuring the right information gets to the right people.

The Front Line: Attend inbound calls and handle user inquiries with patience and professional flair.

Problem Solver: Identify user issues within the app and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.

The Bridge: Document complex grievances and escalate them to the appropriate internal departments (Tech, Billing, or Operations) for resolution.

Follow-Through: Keep users updated on the status of their requests until the issue is fully resolved.

Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of service that aligns with the Dream 247 brand voice.
