E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities

Order Confirmation & Validation

• Confirm each order received via spinecure.co.in and verify the correct mattress size and product details.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Coordination

• Coordinate with logistics/shipping partners to ensure prompt and accurate dispatch of orders.

After-Sales & Customer Support

• Provide empathetic after-sales support to customers—whether troubleshooting, addressing concerns, or assisting with returns under Spinecure's 101-night trial and 10-year warranty policies SpinecureMattress.

Delivery Tracking & Assurance

• Monitor shipments to ensure successful delivery and proactively address any transit issues.

Issue Resolution & Escalations

• Handle customer issues—delivery delays, product concerns, damage—and escalate when necessary for timely resolution.

Order Tracking & Communications

• Keep customers updated with real-time tracking information and expected delivery dates.

WhatsApp & Digital Enquiry Handling

• Respond promptly to customer queries over WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels with clarity and professionalism.

• RequirementsPrior experience (1–2 years) in e-commerce order processing, customer support, or logistics coordination.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and possibly local languages.
• Proficiency in using order management systems, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp for business communications.
• Strong attention to detail—ensuring accurate order confirmation, shipment, and follow-up.
• Empathetic, customer-first mindset with problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
