• Read and understand electrical drawings and layouts.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure proper functioning of systems.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of solar systems.
• Maintain tools and electrical equipment properly.
• Coordinate with engineers and other technicians during installation.
• Required Skills:Knowledge of electrical wiring and equipment.
• Ability to read electrical drawings.
• Basic understanding of solar power systems.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

2. Fabricator – Job Role DescriptionJob Title: Fabricator

Department: Structure / Mechanical

Reports To: Site Supervisor / Project Manager

• Key Responsibilities:Fabricate and assemble metal structures for solar panel mounting.
• Cut, weld, drill, and shape metal components as per design drawings.
• Install structures such as solar module mounting structures and walkways.
• Ensure correct alignment and strength of fabricated structures.
• Perform on-site fabrication and installation work.
• Maintain welding machines and fabrication tools.
• Follow safety procedures while handling equipment.
• Coordinate with installation teams for proper fitting of structures.
• Required Skills:Knowledge of welding and metal fabrication.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings.
• Experience in MS structure fabrication and installation.
• Good physical stamina and safety awareness.

3. Inventory Manager – Job Role DescriptionJob Title: Inventory Manager

Department: Stores / Procurement

Reports To: Operations Manager

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain inventory of solar materials and equipment.
• Track stock levels of items such as solar panels, inverters, cables, structures, ACDB, DCDB, and electrical materials.
• Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely purchase of materials.
• Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams for material dispatch to sites.
• Required Skills:Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Basic understanding of solar project materials.
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
