Job Title: F&B Associate

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: F&B Supervisor/Manager

Job Summary:

An F&B Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas
• Handle billing and payment processing
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints politely
• Assist in setting up and closing the service area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food safety and service standards

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant service
• Teamwork and multitasking abilities
