Bharat Intelligence AI, is revolutionizing agricultural Farm labor supply chain , Backed by Sahyadri Farms, we are building a technology-driven platform to bridge the gap between labor availability and farm demand. We are looking for energetic field professionals to build and manage our labor supply network.

This is a 100% on‑ground role working with farm labour teams (Mukkadams) and farmers

Key Responsibilities  

• Cluster Mapping: Identify and map the labor pool within your assigned territory
• Vendor Onboarding: Identify, pitch to, and onboard new Mukkadams/Contractors (Labor Team Heads) to the platform.
• Demand Fulfillment: Coordinate between farm demands and labor availability to ensure fulfillment.
• Deployment & Logistics: Manage the physical deployment of labor teams to demand areas, ensuring they reach the right location at the right time.
• Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate labor rates and availability with Mukkadams to ensure competitive and fair pricing.
• Field Operations: Travel extensively across village clusters to maintain relationships with labor leads and solve real-time on-ground issues.

Qualifications & Requirements  

• Exprience: 0-2 Years (Freshers with high energy are welcome)
• Education: Graduate
• Field Readiness: Must be willing to work 100% on the ground and travel to remote village areas.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license (Fuel expenses are fully reimbursed).
• Languages: Fluency in Marathi is mandatory, Hindi is plus.
• Tech Savvy: Basic experience with Excel, Google Meet is plus for daily reporting.
• Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Bonus Points (Plus)  

• Knowledge of Grapes crop cycles and harvesting seasons.
• Previous experience in a startup or a field-sales/operations role.
• Previous experience managing blue-collar labour.
• Local residency in the hiring clusters (Nashik, Dindori, Peth, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits  

• CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview).
• Reimbursements: Monthly fuel and mobile allowance.
• Growth: Opportunity to grow into a Assistant Manager/Cluster Manager role as we scale.
