Role Overview 

We are looking for a responsible, field-driven Operations Executive to manage on-ground coordination between farmers, Mukaddams, and labour teams across rural clusters.

This is a hardcore rural field role requiring daily inter-village travel within Nashik district.

Key Responsibilities 

Labour Stay & Infrastructure Management

• Ensure labour shed/stay facility is available and ready before deployment
• Physically verify availability of the following basic facilities: Electricity, Water supply, Basic sanitation access
• Identify and maintain backup shed/stay options across villages
• Arrange local shed improvement kits wherever required (lights, water drums, basic repairs, etc.)
• Escalate major infrastructure gaps immediately to reporting manager

Farmer & Labour Coordination

• Act as on-ground point of contact between: Farmers & Mukaddam–Labour teams
• Ensure labour reaches farm on time and work starts as planned
• Track daily work progress and completion status
• Collect and submit required forms and field data
• Share daily EOD (End of Day) photos, videos and updates

Conflict Resolution (On-ground Intervention)

• Intervene promptly in disputes between: Farmer & Labour & Labour team members
• Handle field situations calmly and professionally
• Resolve genuine operational issues on the spot wherever possible
• Support Mukaddam in managing labour discipline and coordination
• Escalate serious matters to reporting manager without delay

Compliance & App Adoption

• Ensure KYC completion of all Mukaddams
• Ensure Mukaddams download and actively use the company app
• Follow up for pending documents and incomplete onboarding
• Assist in basic troubleshooting of app-related issues in the field

Transport Ecosystem Development

• Identify and build a pool of reliable local transport providers
• Coordinate vehicle availability for labour movement when required
• Maintain contact list of backup transport options in each cluster

Compensation & Role Details

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Fuel Reimbursement
• 6 Days Working
• Bike Mandatory
• 90% Field Travel
