Fitter Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Assembly Technician to handle the assembly of agricultural sprayers. The candidate will be responsible for putting together various components of sprayers, ensuring quality and functional standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  Assemble agricultural sprayers (manual, battery-operated, or motorized) as per specifications.

  Fit and connect parts like tanks, pipes, nozzles, motors, batteries, and pressure handles.

  Inspect individual components and final products for defects or misalignment.

  Ensure that the assembled sprayers meet operational and safety standards.

  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assembly area.

  Follow production schedules and complete tasks within deadlines.

  Work collaboratively with the production team and report issues to the supervisor.

  Perform basic testing of completed units before packaging or dispatch.

  Handle tools and equipment used in the assembly process safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  Minimum 10th pass or ITI preferred.

  Prior experience in assembling agricultural equipment or plastic/mechanical products (preferred).

  Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools.

  Ability to understand assembly diagrams or instructions.

  Physically fit and able to stand/work for long hours.

Preferred:

  Candidates with experience in sprayer manufacturing or agricultural machinery assembly.

  Local language understanding and ability to follow verbal instructions.
