Job Description
Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls professionally.
Maintain office contact records, employee attendance, and inward/outward registers.
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
Maintain and track AMC/CMC certificates, contracts, and renewal schedules.
Manage part contract records, specifications, terms, and related payment documentation.
Coordinate office meetings, events, and appointment calendars.
Create, design, and upload social media content (flyers, videos, reels) as per requirements.
Manage social media accounts, handle inquiries, and monitor performance analytics.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
Follow up on assigned payment-related tasks.
Maintain all records in structured Excel formats and submit daily work reports.
