💰 CTC: Up to 22 LPA

🗓 Working Days: Monday to Friday

⏰ Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead (Full Stack) with 5+ years of hands-on web development experience and exposure to Generative AI.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams and building innovative GenAI-powered products.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and mentor a team of backend and full-stack developers

✔ Design and develop scalable web applications using Python (Django/Flask) and Node.js (NestJS)

✔ Build modern web applications using Next.js

✔ Integrate Generative AI features (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, etc.)

✔ Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders

✔ Define best practices for clean code, performance, and CI/CD pipelines

✔ Support hiring and mentoring of full-stack and AI engineers

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

✔ 5+ years of full-time experience in software development

✔ Strong expertise in Python, Django/Flask, Node.js, TypeScript & NestJS

✔ Good knowledge of Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR)

✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience or exposure to Generative AI

✔ Experience with microservices, REST APIs, cloud platforms & Agile methodology

✔ Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring is mandatory
