Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics, social media creatives, ad visuals, and short-form video edits for our clients across various industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to adapt their style to suit different brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and conversion-focused creatives for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create visual assets for ad campaigns (static posts, carousels, thumbnails, reels, banners, etc.)
• Edit and enhance videos for ads, reels, and promotional content using trending formats and effects
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into compelling visual content
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Video Editor (agency experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma
• Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media ad formats, and visual storytelling
• Ability to create creatives that align with different brand tones and campaign objectives
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think outside the box
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience creating motion graphics or animations
• Basic understanding of copywriting for visuals
• Knowledge of current social media algorithms and content trends

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in creative design (freshers with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply
