HR Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
• Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
• Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, manage leave records, and administer employee benefits.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

Admin Responsibilities:

• Oversee general office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
• Manage travel bookings, office supplies, asset tracking, and logistics.
• Maintain and organize company documentation (contracts, licenses, legal files).
• Ensure smooth execution of internal meetings and company events.
• Supervise office support staff (housekeeping, front desk, courier, etc.).
• Handle EPF (Employee Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance) registrations, monthly filings, and related compliance.
• Liaise with statutory bodies and consultants for labor law compliance and inspections.
