Job Summary

We are seeking an HR professional who can take ownership of the entire HR function — from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, organized, and able to support a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

▫️Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

◽️Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

▫️Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.

▫️Handle payroll coordination and attendance records.

▫️Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

▫️Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.

▫️Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

▫️Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues diplomatically.

▫️Support performance management and appraisal processes.

▫️Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

Requirements

▫️Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

▫️1 years of relevant HR experience (for executive: 1-2; for manager: 1+).

▫️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

▫️Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

▫️Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

▫️Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
