HR Executive

Role OverviewKyte Energy is a growing manufacturing entity currently scaling its operations. With a team of 15–16 members, we are looking for a versatile HR Generalist who can own the entire HR lifecycle. This is a "hands-on" role where you will be responsible for everything from high-level SOP implementation to daily operational tasks like follow-up calling and payroll.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and proactive follow-up calling to ensure a high joining ratio. You will manage the hiring pipeline for both office and factory staff.
• SOP Implementation: Assist leadership in defining and enforcing new HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding attendance, leaves, and workplace conduct.
• Payroll & Compliance: Managing monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations of shifts, overtime, and statutory deductions (PF/ESIC/PT).
• Performance Management: Setting up the Appraisal System and conducting periodic reviews to align individual goals with company growth.
• Operational Admin: Handling day-to-day HR operations, documentation, onboarding kits, and maintaining employee files.
• Requirements & SkillsMultitasking: Ability to switch between "hiring mode" and "operational/admin mode" seamlessly.
• Communication: Excellent verbal skills for candidate persuasion and internal conflict resolution.
• Process-Oriented: A strong believer in SOPs; you don't just do the work, you document the process.
• Experience: 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a Manufacturing or Startup environment where you have handled small teams.
