HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop floor, technical, and supervisory roles, including interviews and onboarding.
• Administer payroll, benefits, attendance tracking, and performance reviews aligned with shift-based operations.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions per factory regulations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, labour laws, and manufacturing-specific policies.
• Coordinate training programs on safety, skills development, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Maintain HR records, generate reports on turnover, absenteeism, and workforce metrics.
• Support union negotiations and collective bargaining if applicable.
• Promote diversity, employee engagement, and wellness initiatives in a blue-collar environment.
• Collaborate with production managers on manpower planning and succession.
