Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with 1 year of experience in recruitment. The candidate should have hands-on experience with job portals and possess strong communication skills to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Use job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) to source relevant candidates
• Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and updates
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and offer process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

Experience in recruitment for industries like hospitality/restaurant (preferred but not mandatory)
