Job Description
The purpose of this position is to translate deployed strategy and business objectives from customers and stakeholders into operational excellence by enhancing value stream efficiency and effectiveness through innovative technical solutions on existing processes and MAEs, while also administering the IPN lead plant functions as applicable.
Project Management for Nozzles:
1. Lead for P & S Nozzle Synergy.
1.1 Outsourcing of Soft Stage of P &S Nozzle
1.2 FOL including S Nz Relocation in B 105
1.3 Releasing S NZ on P NZ Machines
1.4 MAE , SPACE and HC Optimization
2. P&S Nozzle Consolidation from EU .Scout for additional business and maximize sweating of existing
assets. Lead at NaP to be the best location for IPN Nozzle consolidation.
Operational Management:
- Team leader for RPP coordination, VS-PDCA (Cost/Pc) Co-ordination with IPN – PJ-MFN team
- Budget Control – Revenue – for e.g. Tools Consumable, Mis Mfg. budget, SOP budget for Value Stream
- Driving IDC for P&S nozzles and achieve benchmark level of 0.3 by 2028
- Value Stream SPOC for product cost controlling to drive targets inside VS
People Management:
- Establish collaboration with department head for Cost KPI's
- Establishing and driving School of Excellence for Temporary labor model
Lead Plant functions:
- Strive and look for additional business for the value stream
- CAPEX Investment Planning & fulfillment include. TEK TPZ co-ordination with IPN
- Representation in PPR and PBR for critical KPI
Qualifications
Education : B.E. in Mechanical or Production; PG in operations or Finance would be preferred
Experience : 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management ,Project management , Operations , Process planning.
