Designation: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Nashik

Experience : Min 1 Years

Salary: 15,000- 20,000

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, closing sales remotely, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services
  • Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into sales
  • Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead management
  • Handle customer objections and provide post-sales support

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to persuade and build customer relationships
  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 1–4 years of inside sales or tele-sales experience
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
