Designation: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Nashik

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, closing sales remotely, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead management
- Handle customer objections and provide post-sales support
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to persuade and build customer relationships
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 1–4 years of inside sales or tele-sales experience
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
