Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and handle regular communication

Take and process orders from existing clients efficiently

Conduct virtual or in-person meetings with clients to understand requirements and offer solutions

Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections

Send periodic (quarterly) order reminders and ensure repeat business

Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls and other channels

Present products/services and negotiate terms to close deals

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and sales activities

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
