We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused International BPO Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling international client interactions via phone, email, or chat, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chat for international clients.
• Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
• Follow communication scripts and procedures as necessary.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately.
• Collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution.
• Adhere to compliance and quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a BPO or international customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
