Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic International Call Center Executive to handle outbound/inbound calls with global clients, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer calls (voice process) professionally
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide accurate information
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs
  • Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems
  • Follow communication scripts and quality standards
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Ability to work in night shifts/rotational shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Prior experience in international BPO preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Qualification:

  • Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream

Experience:

Min. 1 years in international call center/BPO
