Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic International Call Center Executive to handle outbound/inbound calls with global clients, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls (voice process) professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs
- Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems
- Follow communication scripts and quality standards
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Ability to work in night shifts/rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Prior experience in international BPO preferred
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Qualification:
- Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream
Experience:
Min. 1 years in international call center/BPO
