Job Description

We are looking for a Lead generation Executive who will be responsible for Lead Generation. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in generating leads for digital marketing or related services and must be able to maintain healthy client relationships, ensuring their success with our services.


Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation

  • Research and identify new business opportunities in target industries.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, WhatsApp, and cold calling.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales/marketing team.
  • Maintain and update lead records using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach and conversion.


Customer Coordination & Success

  • Act as the first point of contact for client communication after onboarding.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams (ads, SEO, website) for project execution.
  • Handle client queries, resolve issues, and ensure timely updates.
  • Schedule regular follow-ups, review meetings, and performance discussions with clients.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and ensure repeat business.


Required Skills

  • 0.6–2 years of proven experience in lead generation (preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or B2B sales).
  • Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing services like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO (basic knowledge acceptable).
  • Excellent client handling and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.


Qualifications

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
