Loan Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and field-ready Loan Executive who will assist customers in

processing their solar loans under various government and bank schemes. The role involves

building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and bank officials, handling

documents, and giving real-time updates using internal systems. This is a customer-facing,

trust-building role ideal for someone organized, people-friendly, and eager to grow in the

renewable energy and finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist customers with solar loan applications, document collection, and verification.

● Liaise with banks for solar loan processing under schemes like PM Suryaghar

Yojna.

● Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank staff and customers to

ensure smooth and timely processing.

● Provide regular status updates to customers and internal teams through clear and

friendly communication.

● Make daily field visits to customers' homes and local bank branches to coordinate

loan progress.

● Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate to avoid rework or delays.

● Represent Frevolt with professionalism, building trust and long-term rapport with

external partners.

Qualifications:

● Open to all graduates; preference for B.Com, BBA, BCA, MCA, or finance-related

fields.

● Freshers are welcome; experience in loan processing, banking, or field coordination

is a plus.

● Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.

● Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

● Basic computer skills and familiarity with document handling and mobile tools.

● A two-wheeler with a valid driving license and helmet is mandatory.
