Logistics Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage our daily dispatch operations, coordinate with courier partners, reduce RTO, and ensure smooth end-to-end order fulfillment. The ideal candidate must have experience with eCommerce shipping platforms (Shiprocket/Delhivery/Xpressbees/etc.) and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Order & Shipment ManagementManage
• daily order processing, packing coordination, and shipment creation
• Book shipments using platforms like Shiprocket / Amazon / Flipkart / Delhivery and DTDC
• Ensure same-day dispatch for all prepaid and COD orders
• Track shipments and update delivery status regularly

Courier Coordination

• Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickup and delivery
• Resolve issues related to shipment delays, lost parcels, weight discrepancies, etc.
• Monitor NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and ensure fast reattempts

RTO & Prepaid Optimization

• Analyze RTO orders and take corrective actions
• Call customers for address verification when required
• Improve prepaid order ratio through verification and accurate dispatch
