Job Title: Manufacturing Manager

Industry: Power Press & Sheet Metal Manufacturing

Reporting To: Owner / Director

Location: Factory Site

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing / Factory Manager to independently handle day-to-day operations of our power press factory. The candidate should be capable of managing manpower, production, quality, safety, and maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production & Operations:-

Plan and manage daily production as per targets and delivery schedules and improve productivity

2. Manpower Management

Handle a workforce of around 30 employees (operators, helpers, supervisors)

Allocate work shifts, duties, overtime, and leave management

Maintain discipline and ensure smooth coordination between workers

3. Power Press & Manufacturing Expertise

Strong knowledge of power press machines, tools, dies, and sheet metal processes,Ability to troubleshoot machine and process-related issue

4. Inventory & Material Management

Monitor raw material, tools, and consumables inventory

7. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with owner, accounts, and vendors

Prepare daily / weekly production and manpower reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / BE in Mechanical or relevant field (preferred)

5+ years experience in manufacturing, preferably power press or sheet metal industry

People management skills

Practical, hands-on approach to factory operations

Ability to work independently and take responsibility
