Miya Kebabs – one of India’s fastest-growing restaurant chains – is looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts from our Nashik HQ (On-site role).

💼 Role: Marketing Manager

📍 Location: Nashik (On-site)

📅 Experience Required: 5+ Years in overall marketing

💰 CTC: ₹8 – ₹12 LPA (Depending on experience and fit)

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and footfall.
• Lead social media, digital marketing, influencer partnerships & local activations.
• Oversee ATL/BTL activities including print, radio, and event collaborations.
• Drive customer engagement, loyalty programs, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and creative teams for consistent brand messaging.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in restaurant, hospitality, or FMCG marketing preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with creative flair.
• Experience handling both digital and offline campaigns.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
