Job Description

Office Manager – Job Description

  • Accurately and efficiently enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Manage day-to-day office administration and coordinate office activities.
  • Perform data entry related to employee records, attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare, verify, and process ESI and PF challans within prescribed timelines.
  • Maintain records of ESI, PF, salaries, and statutory filings for audits and inspections.
  • Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and coordination with government portals and departments.
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
