Office Manager – Job Description
- Accurately and efficiently enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Manage day-to-day office administration and coordinate office activities.
- Perform data entry related to employee records, attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare, verify, and process ESI and PF challans within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain records of ESI, PF, salaries, and statutory filings for audits and inspections.
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and coordination with government portals and departments.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
