Job Description
Receive the material, check the received quantity
against invoice quantity. In case of any descripency, highlight it &
communicate to supplier with the evidence.
Maintain Stock Register.
Maintain the stock level for each material as per
decided levels.
Communicate the reqmt of material to be
replenished to Purchase dept thru' requisition.
Monitor the stocks of material at suppliers' end
& reconcile it monthly.
