Job Description
- KeStrong problem-solving attitude with structured root cause analysis

- Proven experience in handling customer complaints professionally and effectively
- Ability to train and mentor operators, supervisors, and painters
- Hands-on experience in PPAP and APQP documentation preparation
- Sound knowledge of 7 QC Tools including SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans, Pareto, Fishbone, and Histogram
- Understanding of process risk assessment and risk & opportunity analysis
- Knowledge of internal & external issues and interested parties’ expectations
- Familiarity with CSR (Customer Specific Requirements)
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and VDA 6.3 requirements
- Experience in paint trials, validation, and process approval
- Capability to handle customer and IATF audits effectively
- In-depth knowledge of painting processes, defect analysis, and troubleshooting
- Experience in Gemba observations and continuous improvement activities
- Ability to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
