Job Description

Work Schedule & Engagement Terms

  • The Center is currently operational on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday only.
  • On the remaining working days, the selected candidate is required to attend the Center for half-day sessions for the purpose of continuous training and orientation until full-scale operations commence.
  • Once the Center operations start fully, the position will transition into a full-time role.
  • Remuneration will be calculated and paid strictly on the basis of actual duty days performed during the initial operational phase.





  • Primary ResponsibilitiesGreet patients visiting the center for information, treatment, or follow-up in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide patients with a comprehensive information booklet explaining holistic treatment approaches based on yoga and naturopathy, with emphasis on:


  • Energy utilization
  • Healing without medication
  • Healing without physical touch
  • Clearly explain the concept of holistic treatment, focusing on:

  • Balance of the body’s elements
  • Techniques used to release excess or imbalanced energy through defined methods
  • Educate patients about holistic treatment methods and address their initial queries with clarity and empathy.
  • Guide patients to connect with the center’s official social media platforms and provide information about relevant playlists, videos, or digital resources related to their treatment.
  • Schedule patient appointments based on therapist/doctor availability, ensuring proper time allocation.
  • Secondary ResponsibilitiesConfirm appointments for patients who have already been scheduled.
  • Guide patients through the appointment and treatment initiation process, including:

  • Required procedures
  • Follow-up protocols
  • Assist patients in filling out all necessary forms and consent documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Enter complete and accurate patient details into the software system, including:

  • Personal information
  • Treatment-related data
  • A clear and updated photograph of the patient
  • Inform patients about the expected waiting and consultation time and direct them to the doctor’s/healer’s cabin accordingly.
  • In case of missed appointments:

  • Check for available slots
  • Reschedule promptly to ensure continuity of care
  • Tertiary ResponsibilitiesConduct regular patient follow-ups, addressing concerns, progress updates, and treatment-related queries.
  • Update patient photographs in the software system when visible changes occur due to treatment progress.
  • Provide reassurance and emotional support to patients’ family members, especially in serious or long-term cases.
  • Ensure patients who miss appointments are informed about:

  • Rescheduling procedures
  • Importance of treatment continuity and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with senior staff, therapists, and doctors to maintain regular follow-ups, particularly for long-duration treatment plans.
  • Record detailed patient remarks, observations, and concerns in the software system.
  • Digital Documentation & Reporting ResponsibilitiesMaintain digital patient reports in the system as per organizational guidelines.
  • Capture and upload random aura photographs strictly according to prescribed protocols and ethical standards.
  • Ensure proper tagging, date stamping, and secure storage of all digital records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling all digital patient data.
  • Update reports periodically based on treatment milestones and reassessments.
  • Additional ResponsibilitiesIdentify and record any financial difficulties faced by patients and escalate the information to management for appropriate action.
  • Liaise with the Healing Center Team Leader for:

  • Urgent follow-ups
  • Emergency or priority appointments
  • Expedite appointments for patients affected by cancellations or medical urgency.
  • Communicate regularly with patients regarding:

  • Treatment progress
  • Challenges faced during therapy
  • Guidance or assistance required
  • Perform all additional tasks assigned by the organization, in alignment with operational requirements, patient care standards, and ethical guidelines.
