Production Manager

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, monitor, and manage all farm production activities (sowing, irrigation, pest control, harvesting).
• Implement precision agriculture techniques using GPS, IoT devices, drones, and farm management software.
• Supervise and train field teams, ensuring best practices in crop and resource management.
• Monitor soil health, water usage, and fertilizer application to maximize yield and minimize costs.
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with agricultural and safety regulations.
• Analyze production data to forecast yield, track progress, and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth supply chain operations.
• Promote sustainable farming and environmentally responsible production practices.
• Prepare periodic reports on production performance, expenses, and productivity.
