Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Purchase Quality Assurance and Complaint Management

• Involvement in platform projects to ensure quality from development stage (C samples stage), Conduct technical discussion with supplier, PPAP & safe at launch monitoring for localization projects, Capture the RQL of the components.
• Responsible for "Purchase Quality Assurance -Complaint Management" and SPOC for Value Stream Organization (VSO) for NaP. (Responsible for VSO (Direct and Indirect Material)
• Co-Ordination with VSO for the support -Supplier quality process, Incoming inspection & complaint management & defect cost recovery
• Regular reviews with VS owners on Quality topics of suppliers and preventive measures for future. QRM with plant management twice a year
• Ensuring the preparedness for resources (inspection facilities, Gauges etc.,) for new products.
• Internal reviews with M/PQT team on Top offenders, series components Q-issues. Escalations for Negotiations for high defect cost recovery due to supplier part.
• Experience in Extensive use of Q Tools and complete Awareness of 8D Steps of Problem Solving

• Graduation (B.E/ B.Tech) in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Automobile with minimum experience of 2-4 years in Manufacturing/Quality Functions
