Job Title: Real Estate CRM Executive

Location: Nashik

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Real Estate CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, and support the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination with clients throughout the sales lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
  • Maintain and update client data in CRM software
  • Coordinate with sales and site teams for client follow-ups
  • Schedule site visits and client meetings
  • Provide accurate project details to prospective customers
  • Track leads, conversions, and customer interactions
  • Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate CRM or customer handling
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel
  • Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach
  • Preferred Skills Experience in real estate or property sales environment
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
