Job Title: Real Estate CRM Executive

Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Real Estate CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, and support the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination with clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Maintain and update client data in CRM software
- Coordinate with sales and site teams for client follow-ups
- Schedule site visits and client meetings
- Provide accurate project details to prospective customers
- Track leads, conversions, and customer interactions
- Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate CRM or customer handling
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach
- Preferred Skills Experience in real estate or property sales environment
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
