Real Estate Liaisoning Executive

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Liaisoning Executive with strong working knowledge of the Nashik real estate market, local authorities, statutory approvals, and documentation processes related to residential, commercial, and plotted developments.

• Liaisoning with local government & statutory authorities including:
• 
  
• Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC)
• Town Planning Department
• Collector Office
• Revenue Department
• Sub-Registrar Office
• RERA Authority (MahaRERA coordination)
• Handling approvals and follow-ups for:
• 
  
• Building Plan Sanctions
• Commencement Certificate (CC)
• Occupation Certificate (OC)
• Layout approvals
• NA permissions
• Amalgamation / Sub-division approvals
• Coordination for site inspections and authority visits
• Regular follow-up to ensure timely clearances

Verification and handling of land records:

• 7/12 extract
• Property Card
• Mutation entries
• NA orders

Coordination for:

• Development permissions
• Fire NOC
• Water & drainage approvals
• Environmental & utility-related approvals (as applicable)

Maintaining project-wise statutory files and approval trackers

RERA documentation support and compliance coordination

Coordination with architects, legal consultants, surveyors, and engineers

• Required Experience & Skills:1–7 years of real estate liaisoning experience in Nashik
• Hands-on knowledge of local authority procedures and timelines
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Familiarity with NMC rules, DP regulations, and local bylaws
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel locally for approvals and submissions
