Designation: Real Estate Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting property listings, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the property buying or selling process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services (MLS)
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify potential buyers and sellers
  • Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties
  • Provide clients with advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and site visits
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Stay current on industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor activities


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the local property market and real estate trends
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM software is a plus
  • Valid real estate license (if required by jurisdiction)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
