Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels
  • Promote and sell residential/commercial properties
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options
  • Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams
  • Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Proven experience in real estate or sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Knowledge of local property market
