• Job Title: Retail Counter Executive (Credit Card & Financial Services)
• Job Location: Retail Counter OfficeShift
• Timing: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (Night Shift)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent Option Available)
• Job Responsibilities
• :Operate Credit Card to Bank Transfer service terminal efficiently.
• Process Credit Card Bill Payment services for customers.
• Promote and sell New Credit Cards to walk-in customers.
• Cross-sell Gold Loan services and other financial products.
• Handle daily customer transactions at the retail counter.
• Maintain proper records of transactions and customer details.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.
• Follow company compliance and operational guidelines.
• Candidate Requirements:Basic knowledge of credit card and financial services preferred.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM shift.
• Responsible and target-oriented approach.

Job Nature:This is completely retail counter-based office work. No field work involved.
