Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our PhoneWale mobile retail store. The role involves assisting customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a smooth retail experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in selecting mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
• Provide detailed product information, comparisons, and guidance based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate mobile features, accessories, and newly launched products.
• Handle billing, customer payments, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the store.
• Manage customer queries, complaints, and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Keep updated knowledge of new models, features, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Assist in stock management, inventory counting, and product ordering.
• Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and a professional retail environment.
• Basic Requirements:Minimum education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (Graduation preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–2 years experience in mobile store or retail sales (freshers can apply).
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, gadgets, and technology.
• Ability to convince customers and handle sales pressure.
• Positive attitude, polite behavior, and customer-first approach.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory systems.
• Willingness to work in retail store timings, including weekends/holidays.
