Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Executive to assist customers, drive sales, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The role involves product demonstration, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain store cleanliness and product display
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS systems
• Manage stock levels and report shortages
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail or sales (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in shifts and weekends
