Sales Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Connect with customers over calls or meetings and explain Life insurance products
• Built your own team and achieve sales goal
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans
• Help customers with online form filling and documentation
• Follow up with interested leads provided by the company
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper records in the system
• Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines 

Qualification & Experience: 

• Must completed Graduation compulsory. 
• 2+ years of experience in Core Field Sales in ay insustry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
