Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze enquiries, including lead-to-enquiry turnaround time, margins, and lost opportunities; submit reports to HOD.
• Prepare and send quotations within defined timelines; address customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial feasibility.
• Monitor quotation-to-order conversion and support negotiations in line with company strategy.
• Generate and maintain leads through emails, customer visits, and regular database updates.
• Acknowledge orders, compare orders against approved quotations, and resolve technical or commercial deviations in coordination with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure smooth coordination with design, production, purchase, planning, and accounts for confirmed orders.

• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with Excel/ERP and reporting trackers
• Customer-focused with attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines
