Sales Executive

We are hiring a Travel & Tourism Tele Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, explain tour packages, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. The role requires regular customer interaction over calls and coordination with the internal team for smooth booking execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to tour packages
• Explain domestic travel packages, itinerary details, pricing, and inclusions
• Convert qualified leads into bookings
• Follow up with interested customers for closure
• Maintain customer data in CRM or Excel
• Coordinate with operations team after booking confirmation
• Resolve basic customer queries professionally
• Meet monthly sales targets

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred)
• Confidence in handling customer calls
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Sales-oriented and customer-friendly approach
• Interest in travel and tourism industry

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in tele sales, travel sales, or call center is an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
