Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, understanding customer energy needs, and closing sales deals for rooftop solar installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility checks for rooftop solar installations.
• Present and explain solar solutions, system benefits, and financial savings to customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain sales records, customer database, and weekly activity reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on solar products, government subsidies, and market trends.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Good understanding of rooftop solar systems (preferred, training can be provided).
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
