Job Description

Designation : Sales Executive


Gender : Male & Female


Age Limit : 22 to 40 Years


Experience Required :

• Minimum 2 to 5 Years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Dealing, or Client Closing Roles.


Educational Qualification :

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or any related field.


Key Skills Required :

• Good Communication and Negotiation Skills.

• Convincing Skills & Sales Closing.

• Knowledge of Local Real Estate Market & Current Property Trends.

• Client Relationship Management (CRM) Skills.

• Ability to Work Under Sales Targets and Achieve Monthly Closures.

• Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM Tools.


Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and generate leads through calls, site visits, and follow-ups.

• Meet prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and guide them to suitable projects.

• Conduct site visits with clients and convert leads into confirmed sales.

• Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale support.

• Coordinate with marketing and documentation teams for smooth closure of deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.

• Report daily activities and sales performance to the Sales Manager.

Salary Range :

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives on Closures (Up to ₹50,000 or more monthly, depending on performance)


Work Timings :

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Flexible based on client meetings)

• Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday working preferred for site visits)
