(Refer to the Annexure to the SOP for list of all documents). • Documentation: Candidates required document as per the list to be collected by the respective recruiters. • Employment Gap Criteria: A. If there was a gap of 3 months or more between the Current job of the candidate and his/her Last job - Then if the Employee has been in his current job for 12 months or more than he/she can be hired B. If the employee has not completed 12 months in any Job after his/her employment gap of > 3 months then the candidate is NOT eligible C. If the employee is currently un-employed for > 3 months then he/she is NOT eligible D. Employment gap btw 1 st job and highest education cannot be > 6 months
