Sales Executive

Job Description:

A&T Realtors is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote company projects.
• Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
• Explain product details, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases with sales progress and follow-ups.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience; real estate experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and target-focused with the ability to work independently.
