Sales Executive

• Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Interior Designer cum Sales Executive to join our sofa and furnishing manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, excellent sales skills, and the ability to understand customer needs to deliver customized furniture and furnishing solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet and interact with customers to understand their requirements for sofas, furniture, and furnishings.
2. Provide design concepts, layout ideas, and fabric/material suggestions tailored to client preferences.
3. Prepare 2D/3D design presentations or mood boards to help customers visualize designs.
4. Explain product features, material quality, and customization options to clients.
5. Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders.
6. Achieve sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship building.
7. Maintain strong knowledge of design trends, fabrics, color palettes, and market competitors.
8. Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales.
9. Assist in showroom presentation, display arrangements, and customer experience enhancement.
10. Maintain records of client interactions, sales, and project updates.

• Qualifications & Skills:

1. Any Bachelor’s degree Or Diploma in Interior Design or related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in interior design, furniture sales, or furnishings (minimum 1–3 years).
3. Strong creative and visualization skills.
4. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
5. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) & MS Office Suite will be an advantage.
6. Knowledge of fabrics, upholstery, and furniture design is highly desirable.
7. Customer-focused, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
