Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head with strong knowledge of the Nashik market, local vendors, lead channels, and the education / coaching industry. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in driving admissions, building sales teams, and executing market-focused growth strategies.


  • Nashik Market & Channel Expertise (Mandatory):Strong understanding of Nashik’s education and coaching market
  • Established connections with:

  • Local schools & junior colleges
  • Education agents, vendors & channel partners
  • Seminar organizers & event promoters
  • Knowledge of local advertising channels:

  • Digital leads (Google, Meta, portals)
  • Offline marketing (hoardings, pamphlets, seminars, school tie-ups)
  • Ability to evaluate ROI of marketing channels in the Nashik region


  • Education & Coaching Industry Knowledge:Experience in coaching classes / education institutes
  • Understanding of courses such as:

  • Competitive exams (JEE, NEET, CA, Foundation, Boards, etc.)
  • Knowledge of academic calendars, batch planning & exam cycles
  • Awareness of competitor institutes, pricing, and positioning
  • Ethical counselling and admission practices
  • equired Skills & Experience:7–12 years of experience in education / coaching sales
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a Sales Head / Admission Head role
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and counselling skills
  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Marathi
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution approach
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak admission seasons
