Role Overview:

The Sales Manager – Retail & Outbound Sales will be responsible for driving revenue through a mix of 70% outbound sales (cold calling, lead follow-ups, referrals, institutional tie-ups) and 30% inbound/walk-in conversions for Brain Checker’s psychological assessments and programs. The role requires strong consultative selling, team supervision, and target ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive 70% outbound sales through cold calling, lead nurturing, referrals, and reactivation of old databases

Convert walk-in and inbound inquiries (30%) into assessment sales

Counsel parents, students, professionals, and entrepreneurs on appropriate Brain Checker offerings

Plan daily call targets, follow-ups, and conversion strategies

Manage and mentor the retail sales counselors

Track leads, calls, conversions, and revenue using CRM/ERP

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Coordinate with psychologists, trainers, and center operations

Support local marketing initiatives, school/college tie-ups, and corporate outreach

Maintain high ethical standards and customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:

3–6 years of experience in outbound and retail/service sales

Proven experience in cold calling and target-driven environments

Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills

Ability to lead and monitor a small sales team

Comfortable interacting with parents, students, educators, and professionals
