We have urgent openings for the postion of Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager for Agency Channel.


We are looking for below AGENCY requirement on an urgent basis as these positions are to be closed on priority.


Job Locations : Pune, Kolhapur, Nashik, Mumbai (Thane, Borivali, Andheri)


Qualifications :


Must be a Graduate & Localite with Life Insurance or BFSI Industry Experience.


CTC Offered : 2.4 lpa to 4 lpa


Experience required : Min 2 years in Field Sales, Life Insurance sales will be given preference.


Requirements for FLS:

§   Candidate must be graduate

§   Bike is mandatory.

§   Minimum experience of 1 Years in sales, insurance sales will be given preference

§  Age should not be more than 40 years.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Recruit and Activate advisors as per plan (activation on a monthly basis)
  2. Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan.
  3. Establish interpersonal business relationship to facilitate work activities. 
  4. Conduct meeting with reporting agents on an ongoing basis to evaluate their performance and advise them on the same. (ensure that they meet the Career Progression from TA's to SA's and AO's as per the Agency)
  5. Generate revenue and acquire new customers either face to face or digitally. 
  6. Review with reporting manager on a weekly basis 
  7. Attend all meeting and training programs conducted by management 
  8. Ensure 2 joint calls are made on a daily basis 
  9. Comply with all the policies and procedures laid down by the company
  10.  

Educational Qualification

Minimum Graduate

Minimum 2-3 years experience, preferably in Insurance Sales
